英語日記 11月のTOEICに申し込んだ
I applied for the TOEIC test that’s due on November 28th.
11月28日実施予定のTOEICテストに申し込んだ。
It’s not decided yet whether I can in fact take the test because they do something they call “random selection” to select and decrease the number of examinees probably in order to secure social distance in the venues as part of their covid prevention measures.
実際にテストを受けることができるかどうかはまだ決まっていない。というのも、抽選というのがあって、恐らくコロナ対策として会場でソーシャルディスタンスを確保するために、受験者は選別されて人数が減らされるからだ。
If I take the test on that day, I’ll receive the result exactly one month later, which is December 28th, end of the year.
その日にテストを受けたら、ちょうど1ヶ月後の12月28日、つまり年末に結果を受け取ることになる。
This year will mark the 8th year of my English practice and I will reach 10000 hours since the start of my practice according to my English study log within this year or shortly after the beginning of the next year.
今年は英語練習始めて8年目で、自分の英語学習記録によると今年中か来年の初め頃に10000時間に到達することになる。
