英語日記 ペリペリチキンに挑戦

Now I’ve finished prepping something called peri peri chicken. It’d probably not exactly it, but something alike or semi-peri peri fashioned chicken. I referred to a recipe that I found on the internet.

In the list of ingredients, I saw several pieces of chili. When I went to shop ingredients yesterday, I remembered some dried chili powder in the fridge so didn’t buy any chili. But, when the time to prep the sauce came, I realized that that should have been fresh chili which was supposed to be the base of sauce.

At this point, I didn’t feel like bothering to go get fresh chili, so I put a heap of chili powder in the sauce with other condiments, hoping it could work.

After mixing chicken and the sauce in a plastic bag, I left it in the fridge to let it rest until dinner time. This is my first time trying the dish. Hope it will come out nicely.
