英語日記 5連休 禁煙 口臭
My five-day break is starting today. I’m really happy to have some time to refresh myself since I would somewhat feel down these days.
Some updates on my life are 1)I registered for a translation company to do freelance translation jobs, 2)started a Coursera course again which is called “Learning how to learn”, 3)decided to study math again starting elementary school content, and 4)finally study python.
I’ll take a proficiency test for translation jobs some time in a couple of days. This is one of my few plans for this break. Other than that, I want to go swimming as often as possible. I’ve been kinda fixated on swimming since July. It’s the best thing to do that gets me refreshed.
Speaking of which, I’ve had some positive changes of habits this year, 1)I started jogging, which is put on hold as of now, 2)started easy exercise, which isn’t that hardcore, and 3)quit smoking.
Honestly, I wanted to quit smoking for a long time simply because I didn’t like to have halitosis. I speculate that most smokers have bad breath. I remember that when I was younger, sometimes I experienced some nasty smell from some people on trains. For some reason, I recognized that smell as one from smoking. They mostly looked like my current age.
It’s actually hard to know how bad my breath smell.
For one thing, nobody tells me that. I think it might be rude to point out something like that, and I’ll never tell someone something like that. Is it the same in other countries?
Anyway, I started taking care of such things and additionally working on flossing harder. I might be becoming more sensitive about it.
